If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Personalised or custom-made products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned goods have been received and inspected. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
